At the heart of Debenhams, our Brand Marketing team is the creative force behind how our customers experience Fashion & Home. We’re a passionate, collaborative group of storytellers, strategists, and trend-spotters who bring the brand to life across every channel. From seasonal campaigns to exciting third-party partnerships, we work cross-functionally to ensure every touchpoint reflects the style, quality, and heritage that Debenhams is known for. Together, we shape the brand’s future while staying true to its iconic past.

As our Brand Marketing Executive, you’ll support the Brand Manager and collaborate with teams across the business to plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns. From coordinating seasonal launches to managing third-party brand partnerships, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how our customers experience Debenhams Fashion & Home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the development and delivery of seasonal marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating campaign assets and working closely with creative, buying, and other internal teams
  • Maintaining and aligning the campaign calendar across departments
  • Assisting in identifying third-party brand opportunities and preparing pitch decks
  • Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to insightful reporting
  • Managing key administrative and project support tasks
  • Ensuring all marketing materials reflect our brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Staying ahead of the latest trends in fashion and home

What To Expect From Here

If we believe you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you for an informal conversation via phone or Microsoft Teams with our Talent Acquisition Manager. If successful, you’ll then meet with one of our Senior Brand Managers at Debenhams House to discuss your experience in more detail and explore the value you can bring to the team. Most of our hiring processes consist of two stages. You will meet with the Brand Marketing Lead to present a response to a brief - You may also be asked to meet with Senior Leadership. We will conclude the process after this stage and feedback soon after your final meeting with a final decision.
