This is a 12 month FTC and is based onsite in Manchester 5 days per week.
As a Procurement Coordinator you will be supporting the Procurement team with the day-to-day administration of sourcing activities, contracts and supplier records across a variety of spend categories.
You will help keep procurement projects on track by maintaining contract records, coordinating approvals and signatures, monitoring contract renewals and producing regular reports.
You'll also support the implementation of our new Source-to-Contract platform, helping to improve the way Procurement operates across the Group This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised and is looking to develop a career in Procurement within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Support the Procurement team with day-to-day administration of sourcing and contract activities.
- Maintain the central contract repository, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the Source-to-Contract platform.
- Coordinate contract approvals and signature processes.
- Monitor contract renewal dates and help manage the renewal pipeline.
- Update procurement trackers, including savings, contracts and sourcing activity.
- Assist with sourcing projects by preparing documentation, coordinating meetings
- Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the Source-to-Contract platform.
