The Role
As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you\’ll play a vital role in supporting the Merchandising function. Working closely with Buying, Suppliers, and the wider team, you\’ll ensure smooth product flow from order to customer, while helping to drive sales performance through data and reporting. This role is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in fashion merchandising with one of the most exciting brands in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining purchase orders (OPOs), ensuring accuracy and keeping everything on track.
- Monitoring intake and flagging any potential order or delivery issues.
- Taking ownership of trackers, ensuring they\’re up to date and accurate.
- Supporting weekly trade meetings with admin, reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Raising and managing rebuys to ensure bestsellers are always in stock.
- Handling supplier communication and resolving any issues with deliveries or key styles.
- Creating barcodes and ensuring suppliers receive them on time.
- Working with the Buying team on stock publishing to keep products moving smoothly.
Qualifications
- Strong numerical and analytical skills – you enjoy working with data and spotting trends.
- High attention to detail and a methodical way of working.
- Confidence with Microsoft Excel and data tools.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both internal teams and external suppliers.
