Responsibilities

  • Identify the training needs of employees by working closely with department heads, Managers, and HR.
  • Create training programs and materials tailored to the specific roles and requirements within the warehouse.
  • Develop and oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Implement safety training programs to ensure all employees are aware of and follow safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation to ensure compliance and track employee progress.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the warehouse team.
  • Develop cross-training programs to ensure employees can perform multiple roles, improving flexibility and operational resilience.
  • Manage the training budget effectively, including allocating resources for training programs and materials.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion training programs to promote a diverse and equitable workforce.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in training and development, including management and program design.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
  • Budget management experience.
