We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results‑driven Senior Brand & Campaign Manager to oversee the development, positioning, and consistency of our brand while leading the planning and execution of high‑impact marketing campaigns. This role requires a balance of strategic brand management and hands‑on campaign leadership to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable business growth. This role will be based out of our central Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and lead multi‑channel marketing campaign strategies aligned with business goals or mission objectives.
  • Execution & Management: Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, including timelines, budgets, creative briefs, content development, media planning, and results.
  • Media Planning: Collaborate with media agencies and vendors to negotiate media buys, placements, and schedules.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as creative, performance channels, buying and senior leadership to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, media buyers, and external vendors/agencies.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend new tactics and platforms for campaign success.
  • Brand Sentiment: Monitor brand sentiment across digital platforms, social media, customer reviews, and media coverage using tools provided.
  • Comms Management: Lead cross‑functional teams to create and execute partnership comms across digital, social, traditional media, and experiential platforms.
  • Visual & Verbal Identity Oversight: Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Product & Portfolio Management: Collaborate with the 3rd party brand team to align brand messaging with product offerings and launches.
  • Internal Brand Advocacy: Champion brand culture and values within the organization; provide brand training and guidelines to internal teams.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on brand performance metrics and customer feedback to refine future initiatives.

Your Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a marketing or project management role, with management experience of 1 year or more.
  • A strong leader with a proven ability to develop and inspire team members.
  • Skilled in project managing multichannel marketing plans, with a track record of driving results through cross‑functional collaboration across both the brand marketing team and the wider business.
  • A confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experienced in overseeing and managing campaign budgets effectively.
  • Strong at building and maintaining strong working relationships across key business departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • A genuine passion for and hands‑on experience within the beauty category.
  • Solid understanding of multichannel marketing and how to leverage multiple platforms to maximise campaign impact.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bring people together and get the best out of those around you.
