In today’s fast-moving retail landscape, strong digital marketing and clear commercial insight are critical to driving growth, shaping smarter decisions, and supporting our teams to deliver with confidence. We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-focused Paid Media Executive to join our Debenhams team. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, optimisation, and reporting of our Paid Media campaigns across multiple international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in digital marketing within a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environment. This role will be based out of our central Manchester office, 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, optimise, and manage Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Google Shopping campaigns across multiple international markets.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to best practice guidelines for Paid Social, PPC, and Google Shopping.
- Manage bids via automated bid management solutions.
- Work with Google Editor and Bing Editor to maintain and optimise PPC accounts.
- Manage PPC accounts profitably and achieve all agreed KPIs.
- Grow existing PPC accounts through continuous account development.
- Perform keyword research, analysis, and weekly negative keyword/search query reporting.
- Maximise conversions while maintaining target ROI.
- Work with the Head of Performance Manager to ensure all paid search activity aligns with the wider digital marketing strategy.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reports and analysis.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimise performance.
- Collaborate with the third-party Google Shopping feed provider to manage shopping accounts.
- Work with the merchandising team to plan stock allocations for promotions and forecasted sales.
- Maintain excellent communication with internal stakeholders, team members, and external suppliers.
- Be willing to complete Google Ads and Meta exams to maintain certifications and expertise.
