Now, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Model Booker to join our fast-growing studio team. If you’ve got an eye for talent and a pulse on what’s fresh, this is your moment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Model Booker, you’ll be the driving force behind casting the faces that represent our brand across ecommerce, editorial, and campaign shoots. You’ll manage everything from scouting to bookings, helping bring our creative vision to life with every shoot.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Sourcing and selecting models aligned with our brand and audience.
  • Hosting in-person and virtual castings for ecommerce and editorial needs.
  • Scouting fresh talent through agencies, social media, events, and street casting.
  • Building strong relationships with modelling agencies and negotiating rates.
  • Coordinating all booking logistics – travel, accommodation, and on-set requirements.
  • Managing all relevant admin: contracts, releases, invoicing, usage rights.
  • Creating detailed call sheets and booking confirmations for shoots.
  • Collaborating with styling, production, and creative teams to meet casting needs.
  • Maintaining and updating our model database and casting records.
  • Providing feedback post-shoot to ensure constant improvement and alignment.

What We’re Looking For:

We want someone confident, organised, and creatively switched on. You’re well-connected in the industry and love bringing people together. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are detail-obsessed, and always one step ahead.

You Should Have:

  • Experience in model booking, casting, or a similar production role.
  • Solid understanding of model markets, industry rates, and talent usage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with flawless organisation.
  • Familiarity with casting software (e.g. StudioBinder, Fashion GPS) is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset and problem-solving approach.
  • A deep understanding of diversity, inclusion, and fashion industry trends.
  • Existing agency contacts and awareness of emerging model talent.
