THE ROLE

This role is responsible for managing UK and international travel requirements across the group as well as assisting the finance team with cost control, accurate reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Arrange and book domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, accommodation and other travel related expenses.
  • Collaborate with teams and department managers to understand travel needs, budgets, and corporate travel guidelines.
  • Stay current on travel regulations, company travel policies, visa requirements, and health and safety protocols.
  • Communicate with preferred suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies) to secure corporate rates and facilitate smooth arrangements.
  • Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies, providing prompt support to travelling staff.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of bookings and travel expenses using company-approved software and reporting systems.
  • Support post-travel reporting, expense reconciliation, and respond to employee queries regarding travel experiences.
  • Provide general support to the Accounting Department, assisting with financial processes and administrative tasks.

  • Competence in travel management platforms, reservation systems, and office software.
