We are looking for a creative, fashion-forward TikTok Content Creator to become the face behind (and in front of) our short-form content. You'll create engaging, trend-led videos that showcase our products, inspire our audience, and turn viewers into customers. You'll have a strong understanding of TikTok trends, fashion styling, and social media storytelling, with the ability to produce content that feels fun, authentic, relatable, and drives engagement. This role will be based out of our central Manchester office.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Plan, create, film, edit, and publish engaging TikTok content showcasing our fashion collections.
- Work alongside our Shop Lead to create content that generates sales through compelling storytelling and clear calls to action to our Shop.
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, challenges, and emerging content formats.
- Showcase new arrivals, styling tips, outfit inspiration, behind-the-scenes content, customer favourites, and brand stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar, that is shared back to channel lead.
- Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and encouraging conversations.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Proven experience creating engaging TikTok content, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and best practices.
- A great understanding of the platform data and analytics.
- An interest in fashion with an eye for styling, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Confident filming both on-camera and behind the camera.
- Excellent video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
- Ability to write attention-grabbing hooks, captions, and calls to action.
- Understanding of what drives engagement, customer interest, and online sales, with a keen interest on being up to date with channel features.
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to test out and try new ideas and content formats.

- Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Ability to work with amplification channels, such as Paid to drive further awareness to what the customer likes on the channel.
