The Role
We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Senior Influencer Executive to play a key role in delivering high-impact influencer marketing campaigns across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Sitting within the Brand Marketing team, this role will take ownership of campaign execution while supporting strategy, performance optimisation and junior team members. You’ll work closely with the Influencer Manager, internal stakeholders and external creators to ensure influencer activity drives awareness, engagement and revenue, while staying true to the Debenhams brand.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the end to end execution of influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Source, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and creators across multiple tiers
- Own campaign timelines, budgets, contracts, gifting and content approvals
- Brief influencers clearly to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
- Track content usage rights and support paid amplification and whitelisting where required
- Analyse campaign performance and produce clear reporting with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to optimise influencer strategy based on data, trends and audience behaviour
- Support and mentor junior team members or executives where applicable
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates and competitor activity

- 3 years Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media, ideally within fashion, beauty or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of creator culture, platforms and performance metrics
- Experience managing influencer relationships, negotiations and contracts
- Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident working with data, reporting tools and campaign analysis
- Commercial mindset with a test and learn approach
