What You'll Be Doing
- Continuously evolve and improve the creative aesthetic of the Debenhams group brands (Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Oasis, Coast & Wallis) to keep them best in class from a design point of view.
- Work with the 2nd senior graphic designer to deliver all BAU design assets on time and to an exceptional standard.
- Work closely with the Head of Creative and wider design team to take concepts and develop them across all touch points.
- Implement and review new systems and procedures to improve daily workflow and effective planning of upcoming jobs.
- Ensure that all design work is in line with Debenhams brand strategy.
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure creative output is consistent across all multi-channel touch points.
- Manage and develop a team, supported by retouch and production teams, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Product and Buying.
- Develop creative for all ad-hoc and seasonal projects e.g. press events.
