THE ROLE
Reporting into the Head of Creative, you’ll own the end-to-end creative production process for shoots and campaigns, translating brand and commercial objectives into compelling creative execution across all channels. You’ll lead creative direction from concept through to delivery, confidently managing shoots, teams, budgets and timelines while ensuring everything lands on brand, on time and at the highest standard.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own the end-to-end creative production strategy for shoots, from initial concept to final delivery
- Lead the development of creative concepts and mood boards, setting a clear creative vision and success criteria
- Provide creative and operational leadership across shoots, directing on set through post-production
- Source, negotiate and secure shoot locations
- Partner with model bookers to define casting direction and secure talent aligned to campaign objectives
- Build and manage a trusted network of internal and external creative collaborators, including photographers, stylists and makeup artists
- Lead shoot teams to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee post-production, including selects, final delivery, costs, approvals and invoicing
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of final assets to all stakeholders
- Own and manage shoot budgets, including forecasting, spend tracking and performance reporting
- Oversee production logistics such as call sheets, schedules and resourcing
- Continuously research fashion, photography, film and cultural trends to elevate creative output
- Partner closely with brand, marketing, social and e-commerce teams to deliver integrated launches
- Take ownership of on-brand, on-time campaign launches, proactively communicating risks and solutions
- Set and uphold creative direction for studio, e-commerce and always-on content
