The Role: As a Junior Stylist, you’ll support the styling team in bringing our brand’s aesthetic to life across all touch points – from editorial shoots to digital content and e-commerce. You’ll assist in preparing looks, ensuring each outfit tells a story that reflects our brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your creative skills and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced fashion environment.
What you will be doing?
- Assist the Styling and Creative teams during photoshoots and campaign prep.
- Help coordinate outfits, accessories and looks that align with brand guidelines.
- Support sample management – including organising, tracking, and returning products.
- Collaborate with photographers, models, and stylists to maintain visual consistency.
- Stay ahead of fashion trends and contribute fresh ideas to seasonal mood boards.
- Ensure styling outputs meet The Debenhams Group high standards of quality and polish.
