The Role
We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Influencer Executive to support the planning, execution and optimisation of influencer marketing campaigns across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands creator culture, and is excited by turning content into measurable results. You’ll work closely with the Influencer Manager, wider Brand Marketing team, and external creators to help grow brand awareness, engagement and revenue through authentic partnerships.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the end to end delivery of influencer campaigns across platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Research, source and onboard influencers aligned to the Debenhams brand and target audience
- Manage day to day influencer communications, contracts and gifting
- Track content delivery, usage rights and campaign timelines
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Support paid amplification of influencer content where required
- Keep up to date with social trends, platform updates and emerging creators
