Ethical Compliance Administrator We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ethical Compliance Administrator. This role is key to supporting the smooth running of our compliance programs and ensuring accurate record-keeping and coordination across suppliers, factories, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do Maintain and update supplier and factory records, including audit reports and compliance documentation. Coordinate onboarding processes for new suppliers and track audit timelines to ensure renewals are completed on time. Support the management of compliance platforms, monitor CAPS progress, and assist with generating reports for internal teams.

Help prepare and publish the Global Manufacturing List and ensure supply chain mapping remains accurate. Assist with scheduling and tracking supplier training sessions and engagement activities. Organise and store signed contracts, audit reports, and escalation records for easy access and compliance.

Provide administrative support for quarterly reviews, reporting, and communication with stakeholders. Liaise with suppliers and third-party auditors to ensure documentation and processes are aligned. Contribute to internal communications and help coordinate ESG-related initiatives and events.

Document meeting notes and action points, and distribute summaries to attendees promptly after each call. Manage, update, and monitor systems and trackers to maintain accuracy and efficiency. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Good communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data management systems.
