We are now looking for an experienced Accounts & Business Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial and operational success of the business.
About the Role
This is a key position within Debbie's Villas, with responsibility for the day-to-day financial administration of the business. The role centres on maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks, processing supplier payments, managing customer refunds, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the smooth running of our financial systems. Alongside the accounts function, the successful candidate will help maintain company databases and support a range of administrative and operational tasks across the business.
We are looking for someone who is already confident and experienced in using QuickBooks and can take ownership of these responsibilities from day one. This is not a trainee position and we are not seeking candidates with only a basic understanding of accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks.
- Process supplier invoices and arrange timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts.
