The Opportunity

Gosincro connects sellers and marketplaces to buyers across the globe. Our strategic partnerships with enterprise‑level eCommerce platforms leverage Easyship's technology, operations, and courier network to deliver orders seamlessly to customers worldwide. As we scale our eFulfillment operations, we're looking for a driven and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our new facility from the ground up — and take it to the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, operate, and scale our eFulfillment centre, leading a team of associates to deliver at the highest standard
  • Design and enforce process frameworks that optimise safety, quality, and productivity across all operations
  • Collaborate with the Senior PM and operations analysts to set ambitious KPIs — then consistently meet and exceed them
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and positivity where the team is motivated to win
  • Oversee automation equipment inspections and general facility maintenance to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations
  • Take full ownership of day‑to‑day operations — from order processing and throughput to site security and facility cleanliness

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience leading a warehouse, fulfilment centre, or logistics site
  • A clear, concise communicator who can align teams and stakeholders effortlessly
  • Data‑driven and KPI‑obsessed — you don't guess, you measure
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure, with the ability to make quick, sound decisions
  • A fast learner who treats every setback as a blueprint for doing better
  • Self‑motivated and solutions‑focused, with strong judgment in ambiguous situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • Hands‑on experience with automation and conveyance systems
  • Background in eCommerce or retail fulfilment environments
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Track record of using technology to drive operational improvements
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations
