This is a key appointment within the business. The successful candidate will manage a team of six covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control. The successful candidate will be a natural mentor who takes pride in developing others and creating a positive, collaborative team environment where people feel supported and encouraged to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop the finance team across AP, AR, and CC
- Oversee high volume payment runs and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying trends and providing insight
- Prepare and review month-end reporting
- Resolve queries efficiently and effectively
- Enhance financial processes and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and nurture individual and team development needs
- Collaborate with other departments to support wider business objectives
- Maintain strong financial controls and reporting standards
The Candidate:
You will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or AAT) with proven experience in a similar Finance Manager role. You’ll bring strong leadership and mentoring skills and hands-on experience in Ledger and cash management. A solid understanding of financial processes and controls is essential, as are excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Remuneration:
- £55,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
