Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Type: Permanent
Job Location: London(WC2R), UK(3 Days/week onsite)

Job details:

A proven expert in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success through data-driven decision-making. The business analyst needs to be part of solutions team and ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Elicit and document clear and concise business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
  • Analyse and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
  • Create and maintain documentation such as business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Proven ability to drive geographically diverse teams towards the project goal, resolve understanding issues, negotiate, and close on key pending tasks and actions


Qualifications:

  • 12+ yrs of work experience with minimum 8 years as Business Analyst in a software development environment, catering to automation areas like RPA, Machine learning, data intelligence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Razor sharp communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills both in terms of collating requirements and presenting back in the form of charts, visuals, workflows
  • Mandatory experience with business analysis tools and techniques covering process modelling, data analysis, MS office and workflow management
