We’re currently in search of an affable, creative, and accommodating Head Bartender for our brand-new restaurant concept, Sister Moon – a vibrant Southeast Asian restaurant by Sam Grainger, opening 14 floors up within Treehouse Manchester.

About You
- Passionate about Food & Beverage and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
- Experience in beverage operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
- Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
