The Guest Experience Curator primary role is to play a central role within the commercial function of Treehouse Manchester, supporting revenue generation across multiple business streams while ensuring strong administrative coordination, guest conversion and commercial responsiveness.

A key priority of the role will be driving and managing restaurant reservations activity, helping maximise covers, improve conversion of dining enquiries and support the commercial success of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets and events business.

The role is designed to support the hotel’s evolution into a lifestyle-led hospitality destination, with major contribution to the sales of ancillary revenue streams including:

  • Restaurant reservations/Small group dining
  • Room Reservations support
  • Padel and Gym memberships
  • Cinema ticket sales & experiences
  • Christmas programming
  • Ticketed events and more!

The role combines elements of commercial and sales administration and coordination along with supporting in Restaurant reservations management. It will support the marketing function to excel the guest experience both from pre-arrival to the experience itself.

This is for someone who will be highly organised, commercially aware, proactive and guest-focused, with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, restaurants, events and lifestyle experiences.

About you... Passionate about hospitality sales with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally with experience working in or around Manchester. Advanced knowledge of hotel and event sales, a strong leader with a proven track record in team member engagement, improving market performance and building relationships. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
