We are currently seeking an impossibly charismatic Front Desk Manager at our Treehouse, Manchester. The front office is the heart of every single one of our hotels. The team first greets guests when they step inside Treehouse, Manchester, attends to their every request, and introduces them to the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the front office team to ensure guests are greeted warmly upon arrival, their requests are attended to, and they are introduced to the brand.
  • Uphold brand standards, policies, and procedures, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

  • Operate flexibly with 24‑hour shift demands.
