Salary: £41,000 per annum

We currently have a vacancy within our nightshift to work within the Forming/Ovens area within Production. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day night production and staff within your area of responsibility and to look at improving production efficiencies without compromising on quality or hygiene. In addition, you will support and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to undertake their roles. You will work 4 nights per week, working 7pm – 5am, Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day night production operations in the Forming/Ovens area.
  • Lead and support a team of staff, ensuring training, development and performance.
  • Improve production efficiencies while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other teams to meet production targets.
