Deans Solicitors and Estate Agents LLP are a fast-paced and customer-focused firm offering Estate Agency, Conveyancing and Private Client services across Edinburgh and The Lothians. Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our supportive and collaborative team. Previous Private Client experience is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team, supporting a diverse caseload and delivering high-quality client service.
Your Key Responsibilities would include:
- The preparation of Wills and Power of Attorney and handling Executries.
- Managing client files from instruction through to completion, drafting the required legal documents and correspondence.
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties, in a professional manner.
- Client meetings and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and Firm in house processes.
Requirements:
- Previous private client experience.
- A professional and friendly manner.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines with a focus on delivering a high level of client service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
We offer a supportive and professional working environment, you would be reporting to our Senior Partner and working with a variety of colleagues within our friendly team. A competitive salary, dependent on experience is offered with opportunity for development and growth within a busy and growing practice.
