Deans Solicitors and Estate Agents LLP are a fast-paced and customer-focused firm offering Estate Agency, Conveyancing and Private Client services across Edinburgh and The Lothians. Due to growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Legal Executive/Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing is essential.
The role will involve offering flexible support to senior members of the Legal Team and will include audio typing, general administration, drafting formal documents and correspondence and file management.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a professional and friendly manner

- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be confident in liaising with clients by phone, email and in-person to build positive relationships with clients
