Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume, fast-moving inbox; prioritising and actioning emails effectively
- Coordinating complex international travel and diary management
- Preparing meeting notes, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Leveraging AI tools (e.g. Co-Pilot) to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Supporting evolving operational and administrative processes
- Assisting with office management duties
- Providing cover for another EA when required
Qualifications
