Deanfield Homes Limited – Oakingham House The Role The Role As an experienced Procurement Manager, you will take full responsibility for procurement across the business, driving value through implementing group deals across all material commodities from bricks to sanitary and brassware to air source heat pumps and renewables. You will also ensure the efficient and timely procurement of materials, ensuring production and budget targets are met. You will drive efficiency and compliance through waste and plant management and champion business improvement throughout your role. Key Responsibilities Manage the procurement and supply chain for all active sites – typically 4 per year. Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and supplies to meet project deadlines. Work closely with site managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery. Manage some supply and installation packages where required. Monitor cost control, budgets, and stock levels to maximize efficiency and material WIP control. Maintain strong supplier relationships and identify new opportunities for cost savings.
