Due to our continued growth and recent project successes, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our dynamic Projects Department.
About the role:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will oversee all project stages, from planning and design to procurement, installation, and final handover. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of FF&E fit-out projects for new builds and refurbishments.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present project reports, tracking progress, risks, and key deliverables.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to meet client specifications.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Work closely with the commercial team to manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
- Attend site meetings and engage confidently with clients to maintain strong working relationships.
Background in Healthcare, Education, Laboratory, Student Accommodation, or Kitchen FF&E fit-out projects. Strong technical knowledge of construction and fit-out processes. Valid CSCS card (preferably Black). SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety qualification. Willingness to travel when required.
