Hours: Part-Time – 3 days per week (Must be available to work Thursdays for invigilating)

Beijer Ref UK & Ireland is a leading group of refrigeration and air conditioning wholesalers with 47 branch outlets. The Beijer Ref Training Academy is our latest venture where we take pride in upskilling the engineering trade in our industry. As an award-winning training facility, we offer top level City & Guilds certified courses as well as sustainable training courses such as CO2 and Hydrocarbons, plus many more.

Following the success of this launch and the expansion with our new Academy in Glasgow, we are looking to recruit an organised individual who can undertake the day-to-day administration tasks. Your main duties will include:

  • Responsibility for day-to-day administration (post/stationary/etc)
  • Ensure all paperwork and course notes are printed and ready for each training course
  • Liaise with City & Guilds and other training bodies to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and certificates are ordered in a timely manner
  • Order lunch and refreshments for each course, considering any dietary requirements our attendees may have
  • Ensure all training academy locations are aligned e.g. stationary, refreshments, course notes, etc.
  • Invigilate courses when required (Thursday)
  • Work with Sales Teams, Training Managers and Operations
  • Support HVACR and Refrec Reclaim administration
  • Provide holiday cover for the Academy Sales and HVACR Sales
  • Ensure all paperwork and spreadsheets are up-to-date for auditory purposes
  • Support the UK Sales Manager / HVAC Operations with ad hoc duties
