We are pleased to offer two Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeships, providing an excellent opportunity to begin a career in law while gaining a nationally recognised qualification. Paralegal apprentices provide essential legal and administrative support, including drafting and producing documents, managing records, and assisting with client files, under the supervision of experienced colleagues. We have two fantastic apprenticeship opportunities within the following departments: Residential Conveyancing, and Private Client (Will and Probate).
Key Responsibilities
- Managing new enquiries and setting up case files
- Conducting Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) checks
- Handling billing, invoicing, and general financial administration
- Conducting legal research as required
- Communicating with clients and third parties on a regular basis, providing updates in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining and updating case files using the firm’s case management system
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document management

- You will be motivated, organised, and keen to develop a long‑term career in law, with a genuine interest in how a professional legal practice operates.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and confident approach.
- Well organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering a high standard of work.
- Positive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Comfortable using IT systems, or keen to develop digital skills including case management software.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Committed to providing a high standard of client care and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Previous legal experience is not required, as full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship.
