When are we recruiting? We are now primarily recruiting for January 2027 although this date may be subject to change.
Do you have a set number of trainees? No, we base our intakes on the number of exceptional trainees.
Who can apply? Applications are open to anyone who has either graduated or is due to graduate in 2025 onwards.
What is the application process? Initially, you will need to register your interest via our online form. When we commence the process we will send you an application form which you will need to return with a copy of your CV. If you are shortlisted we will invite you to an online interview. If you are selected you will then be invited to attend our assessment days.
What is the format of the assessment days? You will be invited to join us for two days at our Brighton/Hove office, you will be assigned a buddy who will support you. During those two days, you will be asked to complete a number of tasks and written assignments and attend an interview with a short presentation, the subject of which will be sent to you in good time to prepare. We will ask current trainees to join you for lunch on both days on us so you will have an opportunity to ask questions about the process and the Firm. We will reimburse you for any travel expenses.
