Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and IP networking
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software applications
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Monitor, manage, and update IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and a high standard of customer service
- Perform regular system updates and patches to maintain system performance, reliability, and security
- Offer clear technical guidance to users, helping them confidently use IT systems and applications
- Accurately document support activities, resolutions, and processes within the IT ticketing system
- Work closely with other members of the IT team to share knowledge and ensure consistent support delivery
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practice to help improve IT services
