We are seeking an experienced Contracts / Operations Manager with a geotechnical or rig management background. You’ll manage projects from post-award through to handover, overseeing drilling crews, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and delivering high-quality results across ground investigation and drilling contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take contracts from award to completion, planning and organising resources effectively.
- Supervise drilling crews and rig operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Coordinate geotechnical or site investigations, including sampling and reporting workflows.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting.
- Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Oversee project handover, ensuring all documentation and deliverables are complete.
- Identify operational risks and implement proactive solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in rig management, drilling operations, or geotechnical projects.
