A specialist ground investigation and drilling contractor operating across the UK is looking to appoint a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to support a busy office in Livingston. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office and act as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming calls from clients, engineers and site operatives
  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Data entry, including job information, delivery notes and records
  • Filing, scanning and maintaining electronic and hard-copy records
  • Ordering office supplies, PPE and general consumables
  • Providing administrative support to project and site teams
  • General receptionist and administrative duties as required
