A rail contractor is looking for a Compliance & Assurance Coordinator to support internal and external audit activities, help maintain business certifications, and assist with integrated management system controls (including ISO 9001:2015).
- Coordinating and supporting audits and closing out findings
- Maintaining business certifications (e.g. ISO 9001:2015) and document control registers
- Delivering internal audit programmes and tracking KPIs
- Supporting the use of digital HSQE systems
- Assisting with RM3 model implementation
- Producing reports and identifying areas for improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and audit preparation
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with good problem-solving ability
- Willing to travel and occasionally stay away from home for a few days every few months
