The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Operations Chef to support its inns across the North East, North Yorkshire and the Lake District. You’ll work closely with Head Chefs and kitchen teams to drive pace, quality and standards during peak trading, delivering consistently brilliant food while upholding heartfelt hospitality.
You will coach teams, identify gaps in mise en place and operations, and help sites maximise summer trading.
