We are ideally looking for someone who holds a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (Level 3 preferred). Do you have big, warm hugs ready for tiny humans? Can you wear a smile that makes every child's day brighter? In this role, no two moments are ever the same. If a child needs a princess, you'll become the best princess ever. If they need a dragon, you'll be ready to roar into action! Being able to sing in tune is optional - but being happy to sing out of tune in front of little ones is essential. You'll need to master the skill of reading a book upside down while managing at least five interruptions. And above all, you must be ready to jump into fun, creative activities and embrace the joy of getting messy.
