The Dean Close Foundation is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gardener & Groundskeeper to help maintain and develop our beautiful school grounds, gardens, and sports facilities. Working as part of the Estates team at Dean Close Kingham Hill School, you will play a key role in ensuring the school’s extensive grounds are presented to a high standard throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, hedges, sports pitches, pathways, and landscaped areas
- Safe operation and upkeep of grounds maintenance equipment
- Ensure a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors
- Take pride in work and apply a practical approach to outdoor maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous grounds maintenance, gardening, or landscaping experience is desirable
- Training will be provided for the right candidate
- Right to work in the UK at the time of application; no visa sponsorship will be offered
