Foundation Facilities Manager

The Dean Close Foundation Gloucestershire Job Overview Salary: Depending on experience Location: Cheltenham This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy. Dean Close Foundation is seeking to appoint a Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of its facilities. The successful candidate will manage both Commercial and Educational facilities, supervise staff on shift, and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff. Oversee safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of facilities. Coordinate repairs and maintenance with the Operations Manager. Manage facility calendar for school and commercial use. Handle logistics and event planning. Participate in weekly planning, H&S, Sports, and Commercial meetings. This role is ideal for an experienced Facilities Manager, preferably with background in schools, sports/leisure centers, or event management. The candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on customer experience. Early applications are encouraged.
