Your new role

This is a dual-purpose role providing high-quality executive, project and coordination support to the Senior Director, Finance & Operations, enabling effective planning, governance and delivery of key F&O priorities, as well as the coordination between Private Obesity Business Unit (POBU), Online Providers and F&O function.

  • Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Support F&O leadership in defining, prioritising and communicating strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, tracking progress, risks, decisions and follow-up actions.
  • Act as the key F&O contact for POBU, Online Providers and internal teams, supporting pricing, forecasting, supply planning, stock purchasing and provider-related matters.
  • Prepare senior-level presentations, reports, briefings and communications.
  • Support leadership meetings, town halls, business reviews and departmental engagement activities.
  • Maintain governance tools, including agendas, action logs, and status updates, to support effective planning, reporting, and project delivery.
  • Identify and implement improvements to governance processes and ways of working to enhance team efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and manage information flow.

Within the UK affiliate, the Finance & Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring the business runs smoothly and makes sound business and financial decisions.

Your Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a role that blends strategic level support with project delivery.

  • To Succeed, You Will Bring
  • A relevant degree, business qualification or equivalent experience. Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent is desirable.
  • Experience in leadership support, project management, business operations, commercial operations or a related strategic support role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex matrix organisation, with the ability to combine executive support, project coordination, commercial understanding and strong governance to drive clarity, alignment and delivery of business priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, benefits tracking, senior stakeholder interactions and complex business priorities.
  • Experience in Finance, Operations, Commercial Operations, Healthcare, Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals is desirable.
  • Experience supporting external partnerships, matrix organisations or senior leadership teams is desirable.
