We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Management to partner with our Risk Intelligence Engineering leadership and shape how the organisation operates, scales, and delivers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own the operating model – establish leadership cadence, governance frameworks, and executive reporting
- Lead financial strategy in partnership with Finance – budgeting, forecasting, cost optimisation, and vendor/commercial oversight
- Shape workforce strategy – headcount planning, location strategy, and organisational design
- Drive performance – define KPIs and deliver continuous improvement across processes and tooling
- Enable senior decision‑making – translate data into clear insights and executive‑level communications
- Deliver strategic initiatives – coordinate COO and enterprise priorities across Engineering
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven experience in a senior business operations, chief of staff, or operational leadership role within a technology or engineering environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and commercial/vendor governance.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, organisational design, and people operations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience driving transformation, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, complex, and matrixed organisation.
