The role combines four main areas
- Managing payroll, training, and compliance for approximately 25 staff.
- Maintaining bookkeeping records for revenues, invoices, payments, and business expenditure.
- Analysing financial data to identify cost trends, savings, and operational insights.
- Managing contractors, suppliers, and the smooth day‑to‑day running of the home.
The successful candidate will work independently, take ownership of operational issues, and build strong relationships with residents, families, local authorities, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate payroll, staff records, mandatory training, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of income, invoices, payments, and expenditure.
