Tekton is seeking a proactive Business Operations Executive to become the operational backbone of the business. You will support Finance, HR, Compliance and Executive Operations while coordinating projects and day-to-day activities in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work across departments, streamline processes and help Tekton scale. Hybrid role from Caterham office with four days in the office and one day remote.
