A fast-moving direct-to-consumer brand is looking for a hands-on CFO to start straight away on a full-time interim basis. The business is at a pivotal point and needs a calm, commercially sharp finance lead to bring clarity and control.
The brief
- Taking charge of the finance function and steadying the business through a period of pressure
- Building flexible scenario models to inform key trading and investment decisions
- Owning short-term cash visibility, forecasting and working capital
- Partnering with the senior team on a turnaround plan, from pricing to cost base to growth priorities
Your background
- Prior CFO or senior FD experience
- Strong D2C experience (essential)
- Exposure to turnaround, restructuring or distressed situations
- Credibility with the senior team, funders and wider stakeholders when the stakes are high
