Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their professional journey in a fast-growing business. You'll work closely with teams across Finance, HR and Operations, gaining exposure to key business processes and developing a broad understanding of how a successful organisation operates behind the scenes. From supporting financial processes and employee administration to helping coordinate our Manchester office, you'll play an important role in ensuring our people and operations run smoothly while building valuable workplace skills along the way.
Responsibilities
- Finance & Business Operations
- Support day‑to‑day finance processes including expenses, invoicing and payment administration
- Assist with timesheet management and operational reporting activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across business systems
- Support commercial and operational processes to ensure information is up to date and accurate
- Respond to finance and operational queries from colleagues and stakeholders
- People & Office Operations
- Support HR administration and employee‑related processes
- Assist with employment references, internal communications and people queries
- Help coordinate the Manchester office, meeting spaces and workplace facilities
- Arrange travel, accommodation and catering requirements where needed
- Contribute to creating a positive and professional workplace experience
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Support projects and initiatives across Finance, HR and Operations
- Develop your understanding of business, commercial and people management practices
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn. You'll bring:
