We’re looking for a highly motivated Manager, Platform Success to help our Conferences teams and partners solve critical challenges and get the most out of our technology solutions. You’ll be a people leader responsible for partnering with cross‑functional teams to understand their goals, document their requirements and drive the execution of that strategy. You must have a customer‑centric focus, technical knowledge deep enough to partner effectively with development resources, and above average communication, facilitation, and persuasion skills. A qualified candidate is process‑driven, analytical, can multi‑task, and takes pride in their work while being able to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, and collaborative environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Support: Leverage Conferences’ technologies to deliver key experiences and solve critical challenges.
  • Interact with conference attendees and Gartner associates onsite to troubleshoot challenges remotely and onsite at conferences globally.
  • Execute high‑quality platform configurations with a focus on delivering global consistency.
  • Communication: Build trust‑based value‑add relationships with senior leaders.
  • Influence and negotiate inbound feature requests through governance with stakeholders.
  • Communicate product roadmaps and milestones.
  • Innovation: Prototype 0‑0.5 technology and iterate with business partners to establish feasibility and usability.
  • Evaluate SaaS solutions against business requirements, propose, and deliver roadmaps and execution of technology evolution.
  • Training: Create, update, and maintain documentation of existing business and technology processes as well as new feature releases.
  • Partner with Product Owners and teams to write high‑quality user stories explaining business problems.
  • Testing: Assess performance and translate information into actionable insights that can easily be understood and used to drive change.
  • Organize and drive complex projects, identify emerging issues, and keep core initiatives on track for completion by scheduled date.
  • Process QA testing and contribute to UA testing to uphold and achieve high‑quality, low‑defect product development.

What you’ll need:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Experience: 5‑7 years of business analysis and project management experience.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving capabilities: Able to solve complex problems, thinking creatively, and using data to tell a story.
  • Drive / Passion: You are passionate about the experience and delivering uncompromising quality. Self‑motivated & accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility.
