Your Work Will Directly Influence
- Accelerating new business productivity
- Driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Creating a seamless, high-quality customer experience across the entire lifecycle
- Building consistency, focus, and operational excellence across the revenue organization
Key Responsibilities
- Support adoption of RevOps initiatives (processes, tools, cadence)
- Manage projects from planning through implementation and follow up
- Track progress, remove obstacles and keep momentum high
- Create clear communication materials and messaging
- Support on playbooks, guides and templates deployment
- Support execution reviews and ensure accountability for outcomes
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and frontline teams to use for continuous improvement of communication, content, and processes
