Role Overview

This hands‑on role acts as a central point of assurance for data accuracy, integrity and governance for Phoenix Community housing’s Repairs Service.

It supports compliance‑based activities in a busy work environment and manages business‑critical data activities such as regulatory compliance reporting.

We are looking for someone who can do requirements gathering, helping ensure business needs are defined, documented and accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of assurance for data accuracy, integrity and governance for the Repairs Service.
  • Support compliance‑based activities within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Manage business‑critical data activities such as regulatory compliance reporting.
  • Gather requirements and ensure business needs are defined, documented and accurate.
  • Collaboratively influence stakeholders to achieve data governance objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in social housing or a similarly regulated sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of governance, data quality and risk management within a regulated environment.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively.
  • Confident user of business systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Trusted subject‑matter lead or candidate who will become one.
