The Opportunity

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless running of global operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across international teams, support consultants, and drive operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver operational processes, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Coordinate and manage global office operations across multiple locations
  • Lead operational projects end-to-end—from scoping through to execution
  • Manage internal systems, including the company file server
  • Act as the key point of contact for IT and telecoms providers
  • Oversee client review processes and support seamless client delivery
  • Partner with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver projects and operational tasks to a high standard
  • A proactive, “get things done” mindset with strong ownership
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
