Overview Chief Financial Officer — Edinburgh Private Equity-Backed Multi-Site Services Group | c.£20m Turnover | c.£3m EBITDA Role and responsibilities An ambitious, PE-backed multi-site services business is seeking a commercially astute CFO to join its senior leadership team in Edinburgh.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the PE investor, you will own the finance function end-to-end: statutory and management reporting, cash and working capital management, board and investor reporting, and financial planning across a multi-site operating model.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, supporting M&A and buy-and-build activity, and preparing the business for its next value-creation milestone, potentially including exit.

Requirements We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven PE-backed or private equity-facing experience, strong commercial acumen, and the credibility to influence at board level.
